Attorney Sunayana (Sue) Georgiades received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut in 2010. She earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2013. There, she served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. While attending law school, Sue focused her elective studies on the areas of matrimonial and family law. Sue also participated in the law school’s Mediation Clinic.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Gary I. Cohen, P.C., Sue worked at a well-established matrimonial law firm in Fairfield County. During law school, Sue served as a Judicial Intern to the supervising judge of Nassau County Family Court and she interned with the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where she gained practical experience in divorce and custody cases.
Sue is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Fairfield County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
